Wash, trim & thinly slice the radish. Peel the avocado & remove the pit. Cut the avocado into slices.

Sardines (in oil)

Step 2

Cut the sardines in half lengthwise. Remove the bone (if needed).

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper & a healthy drizzle of oil.
