Chicken breast (deli slices)
2 tbsp
Cream cheese
1 tbsp
Pesto
1/2
Avocado
1/4
Tomato
1/2 handful
Arugula

- Step 1
Wash & slice the tomatoes. - Step 2
Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread. - Step 3
Halve the avocado & remove the pit. Carefully slice & scoop it out from the peel. Mash the avocado on one half of the bread slices. - Step 4
Spread pesto on the other half of the bread slices. - Step 5
On top of the avocado, layer sliced tomatoes, chicken breast (deli slices) & arugula. - Step 6
Close the sandwiches & slice in half. Enjoy!
