  • Step 1
    Wash & slice the tomatoes.
  • Step 2
    Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread.
  • Step 3
    Halve the avocado & remove the pit. Carefully slice & scoop it out from the peel. Mash the avocado on one half of the bread slices.
  • Step 4
    Spread pesto on the other half of the bread slices.
  • Step 5
    On top of the avocado, layer sliced tomatoes, chicken breast (deli slices) & arugula.
  • Step 6
    Close the sandwiches & slice in half. Enjoy!
