  • Step 1
    Wash & slice the tomatoes.
  • Step 2
    Spread the mayonnaise onto both sides of each slice of bread.
  • Step 3
    To one slice of bread, add the Swiss cheese, tomato slices, arugula & ham. Close the sandwich.
  • Step 4
    In a pan over medium heat, melt a dab of butter. Add the sandwich, cover & brown for 2-3 min on each side.
  • Step 5
    Cut the sandwich in half, serve & enjoy!
