Rice (for sushi)

Step 1

Cook sushi rice according to the package instructions.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 2

Very thinly slice (shave) the salmon.

Red onion

Step 3

Slice the onion into equally thin strips.

Capers

Step 4

Fluff the rice after it's done cooking. Spoon it into a bowl. Add the shaved salmon, sliced onion & capers.

Lemon
Olive oil

Step 5

Top with a drizzle of olive oil & a squeeze of lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
