Arugula
2 slices
Prosciutto
1/8 cup
Walnuts
1 tsp
Whole grain mustard
1/2 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar

Wash & cut the pear into quarters, removing the core & seeds. - Step 2
Melt a teaspoon of butter in a pan over medium heat & add the pear. Cook for 3 min on each side. Remove from heat & set aside. - Step 3
Meanwhile, make the vinaigrette by whisking together the mustard, balsamic vinegar & a healthy drizzle of oil. - Step 4
Arrange the arugula leaves on a plate. Season with salt & pepper. Top with the pear wedges & torn pieces of prosciutto. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. - Step 5
Garnish with walnuts & cracked black pepper. Dig in!
