Spinach (fresh)

2 slices
Prosciutto

2 tbsp
Sun-dried tomatoes

2 tbsp
Black olives (pitted)

In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain & set aside. - Step 2
While the pasta cooks, thinly slice the sun-dried tomatoes. - Step 3
In a serving dish, add spinach, pasta, torn mozzarella, torn prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes & olives. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper, then toss well to combine. Serve & enjoy!
