Pasta (penne)
1 slice
Sourdough bread
4 oz
Chicken strips (grilled)
1 handful
Romaine lettuce
2 tbsp
Parmesan
2 tbsp
Caesar dressing

- Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain & set aside. - Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the slices of bread into bite-sized croutons. Heat a drizzle of oil on pan over medium-high heat. Add in the croutons then stir & brown them for 3-5 min. Remove from the heat once crisp. - Step 3
Wash the lettuce & roughly chop. - Step 4
On a plate, add the pasta, chopped lettuce, pre-cooked chicken & croutons. Drizzle with Caesar dressing & top with parmesan shavings. Serve & enjoy!
