Chicken breast

2 handfuls
Romaine lettuce

1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)

1 slice
Bakery bread

- Step 1
Season the chicken breast with salt & pepper. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken & cook for 12-15 min, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temp of 165ºF). Remove the chicken & set aside. - Step 2
Tear or cut the bread into bite-sized pieces for croutons. - Step 3
In the same pan, heat a pat of butter & another drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pieces of bread. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 2-3 min, stirring continuously as the croutons lightly brown. - Step 4
Slice the chicken into strips. Wash & chop the romaine lettuce. - Step 5
Arrange the lettuce, sliced chicken & croutons on a plate. Drizzle generously with the ceasar dressing. Top with the grated parmesan cheese. Serve & enjoy!
