  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash & remove the seeds from the pepper. Then cut the pepper into large pieces.
  • Step 2
    Peel & cut the onion into large pieces.
  • Step 3
    Peel & thinly slice the garlic.
  • Step 4
    Slice the sausage links.
  • Step 5
    Quarter the baby potatoes. Add the potato, pepper, garlic, onion & sausage to a baking dish.
  • Step 6
    Add a sprinkle of thyme (optional). Top with a generous drizzle of olive oil. Season well with salt & pepper. Toss it all together. Bake for 15 min at 450°F.
  • Step 7
    Then remove the pan from the oven. Pour in the white wine & a splash of water to deglaze the pan. Stir it all together.
  • Step 8
    Bake for another 5-10 min, or until all is cooked through & crispy. Season with salt & pepper. Serve & enjoy!
