Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash & cut the cauliflower into florets.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower. Cook for 10 min.
Drain the cauliflower. Then pour it into a greased baking dish.
Top with crumbled gorgonzola.
Pour in the cream. Season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Bake for 15 min, or until golden brown & melty. Enjoy!
