Jasmine rice
3 oz
Cooked shrimp
1/2 cup
Snow peas (fresh)
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
1/4
Yellow onion
1/4 cup
Peas (frozen)

Cilantro (fresh)

- Step 1
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set it aside to cool. (Refrigerating it overnight is even better!) - Step 2
Peel & mince the onion. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions, peas, snow peas & thawed cooked shrimp. Stir fry for 2 min. - Step 4
Add the chilled rice & soy sauce. - Step 5
Stir fry for 3 min, until the ingredients are heated through & the flavors combined. - Step 6
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves (optional). Enjoy!
