Peas (frozen)

Ham (deli slices)

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set it aside to cool. (Refrigerating it overnight is even better!) - Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt & pepper. - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the eggs & scramble for 1-2 min. - Step 4
Then add the chilled rice, peas & torn or chopped pieces of ham. Stir fry for 3-5 min, adding more oil if needed. - Step 5
Serve with soy sauce. Enjoy!
