  • Step 1
    Cook the ravioli according to the instructions on the package.
  • Step 2
    To make the dress, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper together in a large bowl.
  • Step 3
    Add the salad to the dressing and toss to combine.
  • Step 4
    When the ravioli are done, drain and add to the bowl with the salad.
  • Step 5
    Add the cheese and the pine nuts. Optional: toast the pine nuts in a pan for a few minutes to release even more flavor!
  • Step 6
    Ajoutez les pignons. Optionnel : faites-les toaster à la poêle au préalable pour encore plus de saveurs.

    Add salt & pepper and enjoy!
