Step 1

Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

Chicken breast

Step 2

Dice the chicken. Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken & cook for 4-5 minutes, or until slightly crispy & cooked through. Add the Tikka Masala sauce, reduce the heat to low & simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Season with salt, if needed. Remove from heat. Then, serve the chicken & sauce over the rice. Garnish with cilantro leaves (optional). Enjoy!
