Quick & Simple Swedish Meatballs

Dijon mustard
1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp
Heavy cream
1 cup
Beef broth

Peel & small dice the onion. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil on a pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs in an even layer. Sear for 1-2 min on all sides. Transfer to a plate. - Step 3
In the same pan, over medium heat, add diced onion. Stir & cook 1-2 min, until translucent. Add broth & noodles. Stir & add the meatballs back in. Cover the pan & simmer for 7-8 min, until the noodles are cooked & the meatballs are warmed through. - Step 4
Remove the lid & reduce the heat to low. Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce & heavy cream. Season with salt & pepper. Stir & cook for 2-3 min or until the sauce is thick & bubbly. - Step 5
Serve the noodles & meatballs in a bowl topped with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if you have. Enjoy!
