    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook the bacon for 2-3 minutes in a hot pan until they're golden and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, eggs, salt & pepper. Optional: add a 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg.
