Ingredients for 1 Quiche
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash and chop the mushrooms finely.
Add them to a pan over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil and brown for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Unroll the pie crust and press it into a pie plate. Pierce it a few times using a fork.
Once the oven has preheated, cook the crust for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
Once the mushrooms are golden brown, salt and pepper.
Take the dough out of the oven, distribute the mushrooms in the bottom and grate the Comté on top.
Pour the egg mixture over the top.
Optional: add a few sprigs of rosemary or thyme if you have some at home.
Pepper and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Serve with a green salad and it's ready to eat!
