Mozzarella (fresh)

Artichoke hearts

2 slices
Prosciutto

Egg

1/5 cup
Milk (whole)

Be sure to follow the pie crust package instructions! Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lay the pie dough in a pie pan. Pierce it several times with a fork. Pre-bake it for 5 min. Then set it aside. - Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt & pepper. - Step 3
Quarter the artichoke hearts. Remove the crust from the oven. - Step 4
Arrange the artichokes over the base of the crust. Add torn pieces of mozzarella & prosciutto over top. - Step 5
Pour in the egg-milk mixture. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 6
Bake for 30-35 min at 400°F, or until the eggs have set. Cool slightly before slicing. Serve & enjoy!
