Vanilla extract

Oat milk

Chia seeds
1/2 tbsp
Maple syrup

Prepare the overnight oats in a bowl or directly into the storage container you plan to refrigerate it in! We love mason jars or glass containers. Combine all dry ingredients: rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice, ground flaxseed & chia seeds. Stir to combine. - Step 2
Next, mix in the liquid ingredients: canned pumpkin, vanilla extract, maple syrup & oat milk (or any milk of your choice). Stir it all together & cover the container or jar. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. For best results, refrigerate overnight! Serve chilled, topped with more seeds & pumpkin pie spice! Enjoy!
