Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan, over medium heat. Once the mixture is simmering, turn off the heat. - Step 2
Add the chia seeds & stir until the mixture thickens. - Step 3
Meanwhile, peel & cut the kiwis into pieces. - Step 4
Serve the chia pudding in a bowl with the kiwi pieces, a drizzle of maple syrup & coconut chips, if you have any. Enjoy!
