  • Step 1
    Toast the bread (either in the toaster or in the oven on the broiler setting).
  • Step 2
    While the bread is toasting, wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices.
  • Step 3
    Once the bread is toasted, add the tomatoes, slices of mozzarella, and the prosciutto. Season with salt & pepper to taste, and a drizzle of olive oil on top. Enjoy!
  • Step 4
    Optional: Add some fresh basil.
