    Toast the bread.
  • Step 2
    Remove the rind & seeds from the melon. Thinly slice it.
  • Step 3
    Spread the cream cheese over the toasts. Top with slices of cantaloupe & prosciutto. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of oil.

    Garnish with fresh basil (optional). Enjoy!
