Step 1

Wash & pit the cherries. Slice the cherries in half.

Cream cheese

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.

Tortilla (flour)

Step 3

Warm the tortillas in a hot pan over medium heat for about 1 min on each side.

Arugula
Cream cheese

Step 4

Place the tortillas on a serving plate. Spread cream cheese over top. Add torn pieces of prosciutto, halved cherries, the arugula, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
