  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil & the cherry tomatoes. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Grate or mince garlic & add to the pan. Cover & cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Step 3
    When pasta is done, drain in colander. Add pasta & the reserved cooking liquid to the pan with the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
  • Step 4
    Tear or slice the prosciutto and burrata (or fresh mozzarella) and place pieces on top of the pasta. Add fresh basil leaves (optional). Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
