  • Step 1
    Wash & cut the broccoli into florets.
  • Step 2
    Peel & thinly slice the onions.
  • Step 3
    In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the broccoli for 3-5 min, until fork tender.

    Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Pat the chicken dry & add it to the pan. Season with salt & pepper. Sear 4 to 5 min on each side until lightly browned. Transfer the chicken to plate.

    Add the sliced ​​onions to the same pan. Stir & cook for 2-3 min.

    Add in the cream & mustard. Season with salt & pepper. Simmer over low heat for 3-4 min, stirring occasionally.

    Meanwhile, heat the rice according to package instructions.

    Add the chicken back to the pan & spoon the sauce over top to cover the chicken. Remove everything from the heat. Serve the broccoli & chicken with mustard sauce over fluffy rice. Enjoy!
