Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin on)
1/4 lb
Fingerling potatoes
1/4 cup
Cherry tomatoes
1.5 oz
Mozzarella (mini)
1 tbsp
Balsamic glaze
optional
1/2 tbsp
Italian seasoning
optional
1 sprig
Basil (fresh)

- Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel & arrange in the air fryer basket or tray with the potatoes. Season with Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil & toss everything together. Air fry 25-30 min. - Step 2
Add the tomatoes to the air fryer & cook for an additional 7-10 min or until the chicken & potatoes are fully cooked. - Step 3
Remove everything from the air fryer. Serve with the mozzarella cheese, torn basil & the balsamic glaze over top. Enjoy!
