Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Wash & cut the cherries in half, removing the pits.

Honey

Step 2

Place the pork tenderloin in an oven-safe dish & scatter the cherries around it. Drizzle the cherries with honey. Season all with salt, pepper & a healthy drizzle of olive oil. Then bake at 400°F for 15 min.

Mixed baby greens

Step 3

After 15 min, turn the pork tenderloin & cook for another 15 min. Remove from the oven. Serve over a bed of salad greens, being sure to savor the cherry-honey juices from the pan. Enjoy!
