Soy-Glazed Pork with Rice

Pork (tenderloin)
1/3 cup
White rice (long grain)
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp
Sugar (granulated)
1 tsp
Ginger (fresh)

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. - Step 2
While the rice is cooking, cut the pork into large pieces. (You can also use boneless pork chops!) - Step 3
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork. Brown for 2 min on each side. - Step 4
Reduce the heat to low. Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar & grated or minced ginger. Stir it all together. - Step 5
Cover & simmer the pork in the sauce for 3 min, or until done to your liking. Remove the pork from the pan. Raise the heat & deglaze the pan with a splash of water. Stir the sauce as it bubbles. Add more water if needed. - Step 6
Serve the pork over the fluffed rice. Pour the soy glaze over top. Garnish with sesame seeds (optional). Enjoy!
