Greek Yogurt (plain)

Apricots (fresh)
1/2 tbsp
Honey

1 pinch
Thyme (dried)

Wash the apricots. Remove the pits. Then thinly slice the apricots. - Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt & honey. Add a pinch of dried thyme (optional). - Step 3
Spoon the yogurt-honey mixture into ice pop molds. Be sure to fill them only halfway! Add the apricot slices to the molds. Gently stir. Add more yogurt or apricot slices as needed. - Step 4
Freeze for 3 hours, or according to the ice pop mold instructions. Enjoy!
