Greek Yogurt (plain)

Harissa (paste)

Tomato sauce

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Rinse & drain the chickpeas in a strainer. - Step 2
In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, tomatoes, harissa paste, cumin, salt & pepper. Stir to coat the chickpeas. - Step 3
Pour the chickpea mixture into an oven-safe dish or baking tray. Bake for 15 min at 400°F. - Step 4
When the chickpeas are almost ready, toast the pita bread. - Step 5
Remove the chickpeas from the oven. Serve alongside the yogurt & pita for dipping. Season with salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
