  • Step 1
    In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain the gnocchi & heat a dab of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the gnocchi & pan-fry until golden, about 2-3 min.
  • Step 2
    Add in the frozen peas, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt & pepper. Reduce the heat to medium-low & stir. Cover & cook for 2-3 min.
  • Step 3
    Transfer the peas & gnocchi to a serving bowl. Toss in crumbled feta. Add a drizzle of olive oil & garnish with mint leaves (optional). For some heat, add a sprinkle of crushed chili flakes. Enjoy!
