Peas (frozen)
3 slices
Prosciutto
1/2
Egg
2 tbsp
Pesto
3 oz
Mozzarella (fresh)
1/2 handful
Arugula

- Step 1
Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Thaw the peas in a pot of boiling water for 2 min. Drain & set aside. - Step 2
Lay the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the pesto evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. - Step 3
Sprinkle the peas over the pesto. Top with torn or shredded mozzarella. - Step 4
Bake for 5 min at 450°F. - Step 5
Remove the pizza from the oven. Gently crack an egg over the middle of the pizza. Arrange torn pieces of prosciutto around the egg. - Step 6
Return the pizza to the oven. Bake for 5 min, or until the egg is cooked to your liking. - Step 7
When the pizza is golden brown & melty, remove it from the oven. Sprinkle the arugula over top. Season with salt & pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Mangia!
