Ingredients for 1 pizza

Pizza dough
Tomato purée
Mozzarella (ball)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce onto the pizza dough (leave a small border around the edges for the crust). Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes.

Basil

Step 2

Once the pizza is golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove it from the oven and add the basil, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Enjoy!
