  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cut the artichokes in half.
  • Step 2
    Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Spread the pesto on top, leaving a small border around the edges. Add the artichokes. Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F.
  • Step 3
    Once the pizza crust is golden, remove from the oven. Add the burrata, arugula and some olives. Optional: add pine nuts. Enjoy!
