Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cut the tomatoes in half or quarters depending on their size.
Spread the pizza dough onto a baking sheet and spread the pesto, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Top with the mozzarella and tomatoes. Note: if using burrata, add to the pizza after taking it out of the oven.
Season with salt & pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
Take the pizza out of the oven and add fresh basil. Serve with a side salad or eat alone. Enjoy!
