Pasta (Penne rigate)
Fresh goat cheese
- Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. Make sure the pasta is al dente since it will cook in the oven as well!
- Step 2
Cook the peas in the pot along with the pasta.
- Step 3
Preheat the broiler. In a frying pan, cook the bacon on high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside and crumble when cooled enough to handle.

Drain the pasta and peas.
- Step 5
In an oven-safe dish, combine the pasta and peas with the heavy cream, salt & pepper. Mix to combine.

Add the bacon and sprinkle the goat cheese. Bake for 10 minutes under the broiler. Watch to make sure it doesn't burn!

Serve hot with a side salad. Enjoy!
