Step 1

Be sure to follow the pizza dough package instructions! Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash, core & thinly slice the pear.

Step 2

Lay the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the mascarpone over top, leaving a border around the edges.

Step 3

Arrange the sliced pear & crumbled gorgonzola over the mascarpone.

Hazelnuts

Step 4

Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped nuts (optional).

Step 5

Season with black pepper & a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 6

Bake for 10 min at 450°F, or according to the package instructions.

Step 7

When the pizza is golden brown & melty, remove it from the oven. Enjoy!
