Step 1
Heat the broiler. Wash, core & thinly slice the pear.
Step 2
Thinly slice the brie.
Step 3
Place the bread slices onto a baking sheet. Top them with slices of pear & brie.
Step 4
Drizzle with honey. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 5
Broil for 5 min, or until the cheese is melty. Keep a close eye on them, so they don't burn!
Step 6
Serve the toasts over salad greens with a drizzle of oil. Garnish with pine nuts (optional). Enjoy!
