Peas (frozen)

Step 1

Defrost the frozen peas.

Broth (chicken)

Step 2

Use the chicken stock to prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.

Italian pork sausage (sweet)

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown the sausages on all sides.


Step 4

Fluff the couscous with a fork.

Peas (frozen)

Step 5

Drain the thawed peas.

Mint (fresh)

Step 6

Add the couscous, peas, crumbled feta & mint to a serving bowl. Top with a squeeze of lemon juice & a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Mix to combine.

Italian pork sausage (sweet)

Step 7

Top the couscous with the sausages. Serve & enjoy!
