Brie (round)

Zucchini

1/4 clove
Garlic

1/8 cup
Heavy cream

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Wash, trim & cube the zucchini. - Step 3
Cut the brie into chunks. - Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, zucchini, salt & pepper. Sauté for 5 min. Remove the zucchini from the pan & set aside. - Step 5
Add the cream & brie to the pan. Cook, stirring for 2 min, or until the cheese is melty. - Step 6
Add the drained pasta & zucchini. Mix it all together. - Step 7
Serve the creamy pasta garnished with fresh basil leaves (optional). Enjoy!
