Broccoli (fresh)
2.5 oz
Pasta (orecchiette)

Anchovies
1/2 clove
Garlic
1 tbsp
Parmesan

- Step 1
Wash the broccoli & cut it into small florets. - Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add broccoli to the pot. - Step 3
Add the pasta. Cook both according to the pasta package instructions. (Al dente is best!) Drain & set aside. - Step 4
Mince the garlic. - Step 5
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic & anchovy fillets. - Step 6
Break up the anchovies in the pan, by mashing them with a fork. Keep stirring them to combine with the garlic & oil. - Step 7
Add the drained pasta & broccoli to the pan with the anchovy-garlic mixture. - Step 8
Season with salt & pepper. Raise the heat to high & cook for 2 more minutes. - Step 9
Remove from heat. Serve the pasta topped with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
