Cut off the rind of the watermelon. Remove the seeds. Cut the melon into cubes. Wash & chop the mint. - Step 2
Add the watermelon, crumbled feta, mint, salt, pepper & a drizzle of olive oil to a serving bowl. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
