recipe

  • Step 1
In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  • Step 2
In a frying pan on medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and the salmon. Cook for 6 minutes, skin side down. (If using frozen salmon, defrost first) Flip, cook for one additional minute and remove from heat.
  • Step 3
While the salmon and pasta are cooking, make the pesto. In a blender or food processor, add the peas (defrosted), garlic, pine nuts, feta, salt, pepper and one tablespoon of olive oil per person.
  • Step 4
Mix quickly, leaving the texture slightly chunky.
  • Step 5
Retournez le saumon et faites cuire 1 minute de chaque côté. Débarrassez sur une assiette.
  • Step 6
Set aside one cup of the pasta cooking water and drain the pasta.
  • Step 7
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan. Add the pesto and the reserved cooking liquid and mix.
  • Step 8
Add the zest and juice of one lemon. Add the pasta to the pan and mix. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Step 9
Servez les pâtes dans des assiettes.
  • Step 10
Distribute the pasta onto plates and top with the salmon, broken up into large pieces. Optional: Top with a few extra peas and crumbled feta. Enjoy!
