Pasta (pappardelle)

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.

Sausage meat
Garlic

Step 2

In a pan on high heat, add the sausage and grated garlic.

Step 3

Add salt & pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

Canned peeled tomato

Step 4

Add the canned tomatoes and mix, breaking up with a wooden spoon. Cook for 5 minutes.

Basil (fresh)

Step 5

Add the basil, mix, and cook for an additional 2 minutes on low heat.

Parmesan (grated)
Basil (fresh)

Step 6

Serve the ragu with the pasta and top with parmesan and fresh basil. Enjoy!
