Pasta (linguine)
1/3 cup
Sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp
Parsley (fresh)
1/2 clove
Garlic

- Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. - Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. - Step 3
Peel & add the minced or grated garlic. Roughly chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the pan. Cook, stirring for 1-2 min. - Step 4
Add the drained tuna. Season with salt & pepper. - Step 5
Add a couple splashes of the pasta cooking liquid. Stir. - Step 6
Add the drained pasta to the pan. Season with salt & pepper. Mix it all together. Top with a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional). Enjoy!
