Add the oats, chia seeds, milk, maple syrup & cinnamon (optional) to a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Cover & refrigerate for at least 2 hrs. - Step 2
Peel & slice the banana. - Step 3
Serve the overnight oats in a bowl with the peanut butter & banana. Finish with a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
