Oven-Baked BBQ Ribs & Coleslaw

Pork ribs (baby back)
1/8 cup
Barbecue seasoning
3/8 cup
Barbecue sauce
1 cup
Coleslaw mix
2 tbsp
Coleslaw dressing

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Pat ribs dry with a paper towel & place on the tray. Season the ribs well with bbq rub. (If the rub doesn't have salt added, season well with salt) - Step 2
Wrap the ribs tightly with aluminum foil. Bake the ribs in the oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, or until the ribs are tender & reach an internal temperature of 200°F. - Step 3
While the ribs cook, toss the cole slaw mix with dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve. - Step 4
Remove the ribs from the oven & unwrap the foil. Brush bbq sauce on all sides of the ribs. Place the ribs back in the oven & broil uncovered for 10 min, until the sauce is caramelized. - Step 5
Carefully cut the ribs. Serve hot with cole slaw & lots of napkins!
