Pasta (jumbo shells)
1 cup
Milk (whole)
1 tbsp
Parmesan (grated)
2 tbsp
Butter (unsalted)

Pour the milk into a pot or saucepan. - Step 2
Add the pasta. Season with salt & pepper. Stir to combine. Then cook the pasta in the milk, over medium-low heat, for 20 min. Stir regularly. - Step 3
When the pasta has almost absorbed all the milk, add the grated parmesan & butter to the pan. Stir to combine. Add a little water if needed. - Step 4
Remove from heat. Serve seasoned with grated parmesan, salt & pepper. Dig in!
