Olive, tomato & mozzarella savory cake

Ingredients for 1 bread


All-purpose flour
Baking powder

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, baking powder, salt & pepper and mix.

Olive oil

Step 2

Add the olive oil and milk and mix to combine.

Sun-dried tomato
Grated cheese
Mozzarella (ball)
Green olives

Step 3

Add the shredded cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and shredded (or chopped) mozzarella. Mix together using a spatula.

Step 4

Pour into a lightly greased (or lined with parchment paper) 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.

Step 5

Serve as an appetizer or as a main dish with salad. Enjoy!
