Oven, Cake Pan, Bowl
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, baking powder, salt & pepper.
Add the olive oil & milk. Stir to combine.
Add the shredded cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives & torn pieces of a mozzarella ball. Mix again.
Pour the batter into a lightly greased 9 x 5 loaf pan (or lined it with parchment paper). Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
Cool, slice & enjoy!
